About us

Robert Goddard launched B&B Property Services (Abri Ltd) in 1978. Initially Robert Goddard worked in the metal industry and then served an apprenticeship as a decorator. Over the next 10 years the decorating contracts increased to larger building contracts, as such B&B Property Services was launched.

Robert grew the business and provided alterations and extensions to a busy client base. In 1988 Robert's son Grant (Site Manager) joined the company as well as Scott (formerly a computer programmer) who followed in 1996, providing an all round service to the client.

The team now consists of 18 staff both on site and based at the office in Fetcham.

In 1998 the company built their first property for a developer in the Crown Estate, Oxshott, Surrey and
became NHBC accredited. Abri Ltd was launched in 2005 and has continued to construct exclusive, bespoke houses with their largest contract to date in Ockham, Surrey.
