We've launched our new brand for Abri Homes and new website, abrihomes.co.uk to offer customers a seamless buying experience.
In 2020 housing providers Radian and Yarlington partnered to become one organisation and we rebranded to become Abri. The new website represents the next stage of our integration journey with all new homes for sale now represented under one domain and the new Abri Homes brand.
The new digital platform will offer house hunters an immersive user experience across both desktop and mobile browsers to view homes across the south and south west of England.
Stuart Hensby, our Associate Director Sales and Marketing said: “Buying a new home is one of the most important and emotive decisions someone can make, so it’s crucial that we’re able to help customers every step of the way. Our new website gives people a real sense of what it will be like to live in our homes, with virtual tours, videos and crisp imagery.
“We needed a new website that reflects our award-winning homes and one that could bring our legacy websites under one roof within the Abri brand. Abri has committed to building at least 10,000 new homes over the next ten years and has recently been named one of Homes England’s strategic partners for the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-2026. This will enable us to provide even more opportunities for home ownership and as we increase supply our new platform will help to quickly match people to these quality homes.”
In the last year Radian and Yarlington Homes have helped more than 300 customers find a new home. These have included moving customers into award winning developments such as Daedalus Village in Lee-On-The-Solent. We've rolled out a distinctive new logo to strengthen Abri Homes’ visual identity and this will be used on all signage and marketing material for new developments offering Shared Ownership and outright sale tenures as well as re-sales and lettings.
Through the website, customers will also be able to choose from homes built using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), such as Brue Farm in Highbridge, part of our commitment to deliver over 250 homes a year using MMC. Homes built in this way are made in factories using precision engineering and then assembled on site to reduce material waste and improve energy efficiency.
Visitors to the website can also view current information on topics such as Shared Ownership, first time buyer tips and in-depth buying guides to help with their move onto the property ladder. Hearing from other homeowners is also a key part of the decision-making process for potential buyers so the website has areas dedicated to existing customers, providing feedback on what buying a home from Abri has meant for them.
