Building safety

What we're doing to keep you safe

After the Grenfell tragedy it became a legal requirement to investigate all of the high-rise buildings (18m or higher) we owned.

We already have a number of fire safety measures in place, including regular checks of buildings by our fire safety team and the fire service. However, we made the decision that we would expand our investigations to look at all of our buildings regardless of height where an external cladding system was installed.

The safety of our customers is our priority and these investigations have helped us identify buildings with cladding systems that either need to be removed and replaced or require further investigations.
