The Advocacy People
We know that sometimes our customers find themselves in a position where they are either unsure of the options available to them, unable to represent their own interests and needs or are finding it difficult to communicate with us.
That’s why we’ve partnered with The Advocacy People so that our customers can be confident in sharing their voice with us, knowing that an independent party is supporting them.
The charity can support customers with things like attending meetings with us, making decisions or planning next steps.
If you think you’d benefit from speaking with The Advocacy People please let your Housing, Income, Customer Safety or Complaint Officer know and they will submit a referral on your behalf.
