What is the Involved Resident List?
The Involved Resident List is a flexible way for customers to share their views and feedback on a range of topics.
Customers on the list have told us they’re happy to be contacted when involvement opportunities come up. It’s always the customer’s choice whether they take part or not.
All members are contacted by email when there’s an opportunity to get involved. If you’re interested, you simply reply to let us know — and we’ll take care of the rest.
The feedback gathered through these opportunities helps shape decisions across the organisation.
Depending on the topic, this could include influencing:
- Board decisions
- Policies and procedures
- Process changes
- Service improvements
- Corporate and regional strategies
The Involved Resident List ensures customers can influence a wide range of topics in a way that fits around their availability and interests.
What has the Involved Resident List achieved?
Customers on the list have recently:
- Worked together over a four-month period to carry out an in-depth review of Abri’s service charge process, supporting a project group that is improving our overall approach
- Provided feedback on policy changes, including aids and adaptations and hate crime
These opportunities have directly supported service improvements and policy development.
