The housing crisis is becoming more acute, risking costs and insufficient supply means there are too many people without the quality homes they deserve. That’s why we’re committed to helping ease the UK’s housing availability and affordability crisis. We aim to build a minimum of 1,000 homes a year, raising that number each year with the aim of doubling our contribution of new homes as quickly as conditions allow.
