Our legal structure
Our governance structure
Our Group Board is responsible for setting Abri’s strategic direction, objectives and values. They monitor our performance, how well we’re managing our finances and are also responsible for ensuring effective governance across the business.
They achieve this with the support of the Executive Board and the following six committees, to which certain responsibilities are delegated:
Those six committees are:
- Audit and Risk Committee
- People and Culture Committee
- Customer Committee
- Investment Committee
- Integration Committee
- Remuneration Committee
Regulatory performance
In October 2026 we maintained our top ratings of G1 for Governance and V1 for Viability, following a stability check by the Regulator of Social Housing.
We were awarded a C2 for our first Consumer grading, a reflection of the significant progress we've made since inheriting challenges from the historic Octavia in 2024.
