We operate a 24-hour emergency response to make safe (immediate response to critical hazard) or a priority based job system for non-emergency repairs.

  • Emergency/Out of hours - 24 hour response
  • Urgent (significant hazards) – 7 calendar days
  • Routine repairs – 30 calendar days
  • Planned/Minor works examples could include, fencing, guttering, groundworks, cosmetic works, glazing replacement and larger scale works – 90 calendar days
