A bit about them…

Since 1995, the LPI has consulted with, evaluated, and mentored thousands of departments to help them build and deliver notable performance improvement. This is done through the LPI’s ‘Performance Through Learning’ (PTL) programme.

Departments that gain LPI accreditations through the programme, have a clear roadmap that builds their capability and adapts their strategy for success. They demonstrate a strong customer value and are passionate and committed to developing their staff, their training, and their performance. Accreditation is an absolute guarantee of quality and organisations that achieve it are unreservedly recommended by the LPI.
