We are delighted to announce that Lou Taylor is to be co-opted to the Abri Group Board with effect from 18 November 2020.
Lou has more than 20 years’ experience in media, advertising and community-based enterprises in the south of England – as an owner, entrepreneur, director and board member. His career spans both commercial and social enterprises. He is currently a non-executive member of Hampshire Constabulary Force Executive and a strategic board member of the John Hansard Gallery in Southampton.
He brings considerable experience of creating partnerships to support local communities and to give them a voice. Since 2015, Lou has been responsible for running Black History Month in Southampton and has formed a successful social enterprise to promote knowledge and understanding of Black, Asian, Minority and Ethnic issues and experiences across the region. Lou’s knowledge in this area will be a significant asset as Abri strives to better understand and serve the needs of its diverse community of customers and colleagues.

“Lou’s expertise in forging links among our local communities, working with our partners and giving a voice to under-represented individuals will be invaluable in helping us to fulfil our purpose of creating communities and empowering lives”.
