STAIRS - Allowing you to find specific information about your landlord and view performance data.
What is STAIRS?
Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRS) is a new government standard which provides tenants with more information on their landlord, the housing services available to them, and data on how their homes are managed.
The STAIRS publication scheme will become a legal requirement for housing associations from the 1st October 2026, with a legal requirement to answer information requests following from 1st April 2027.
STAIRS Publication Scheme
It is essential you are aware of the information you can access so that you can hold us accountable when you need to. The STAIRS publication scheme ensures this information is available to you.
Social housing management
It's important to us that you can easily view our policies on topics such as complaints, damp and mould, pets, ant-social behaviour, and more.
Spending
Our financial statements give you all the information you need on our spending, grants, and use of service charge revenue. They also look at changes we've made and if these changes have been worthwhile.
Performance
As our tenants, you deserve to know how we are performing as a housing association. That's why we keep track with our performance scorecards, recognising when we get things right but putting our hands up when there are areas we could improve.

Housing stock management
Our 2026-2031 corporate strategy focuses on three key themes - Homes, Services, and Organisation - setting out our ambitions to deliver what's needed most, while listening to our customers and raising standards.
By delivering this, we aim to achieve our ambition of becoming a top 5 housing provider.
Housing services
Simply, we are a housing provider who aim to provide the very best homes and services that we can offer.
