We'll use the information you provide to assess and respond to your publication scheme review request, contact you if we need further information and keep a record of the review.

Once we receive your request, we'll assess whether the information identified should be included within our STAIRs Publication Scheme.

We'll normally provide a response within 30 calendar days. In some circumstances, additional time may be required. If this happens, we'll let you know.

If you're unhappy with the outcome of the review, you may be able to escalate your concerns to the Housing Ombudsman Service.
