On Monday 19 February, we dropped a letter through your door to let you know that you won’t be billed for your historical utility usage, however you will be responsible for paying your utility bills from 1 April 2024.

This has raised some questions, so we’ve created the frequently asked questions below to try and answer some of your queries. We’ll keep this updated as and when we know more, so keep checking back.
