We're working with leading regeneration business Vistry Partnerships to build 43 new affordable homes on Cheltenham Street in Bath after planning consent was granted.
The 100% affordable development includes 15 homes for social rent and 28 for shared ownership. Cheltenham Street marks the first occasion that Vistry Partnership’s West business and Abri will work together.
Located close to the city centre, the development will also develop and enhance existing local infrastructure, including improvements to local pedestrian crossings, parks and open spaces.
Work is set to commence on site in January 2022.
Sam Stone, Associate Director of Land and Planning at Abri said:
“It’s great to be partnering with Vistry Partnerships at Cheltenham Street to address the shortage of affordable homes across Bath and to help communities level up. Abri is committed to building at least 1,500 new homes a year by 2030 and these new homes will enable people to live centrally with easy access to all Bath has to offer while still remaining affordable.”
