We want you to get involved with our Customer Engagement group to help improve our services and who better to ask than the people who receive them.
We’re not asking for you to attend stuffy meetings, we just want to know that you’re happy to be contacted about getting involved in projects, testing groups, workshops, and consultations that interest you. This could be about our customer service levels, our process to sign up to a new tenancy, how we offer additional services such as employment and training, it could be on anything!
If you used to be a Radian customer, we used to do this sort of thing before but called it ‘Your Voice’ so if you were part of that group and want to continue under the new name Customer Engagement, or you’re a new customer who wants to get involved, register your email here and if you already have an idea, then let’s talk.
