We've been named as number 73 in the UK’s 100 Best Large Companies to Work For.
The accolade comes less than a year after housing providers Radian and Yarlington partnered to form Abri and developed a new strategy to create more homes, invest in communities and deliver outstanding customer services
Alongside their positioning in the UK-wide list, Abri were named as number four in Housing’s 25 Best Associations to Work For. In response to the news, Abri’s Group Chief Executive, Gary Orr, said:
“Creating a place of work that is inclusive and fair, where people can grow and thrive, is so important to us at Abri. That’s why I’m proud that we’ve been named as number 73 in the UK’s 100 Best Large Companies to Work For.
“As Abri we can deliver more for our customers and tackle the housing crisis sooner; our colleagues are at the heart of this. But we’re not complacent and know there is always more to do, including integrating all of our services following our partnership.
“We’re also fortunate to be number four on Housing’s 25 Best Associations to Work For list, which assures us that our colleagues are engaged and happy at work, in a good place to deliver great services for our customers. So we’re going to keep listening to the people we work alongside to ensure that we’re continuously improving to make Abri a truly great place to work, for all.”
Abri’s inclusion on these lists and accompanying two-star accreditation for outstanding levels of colleague engagement, cement them as one of the country’s leading housing providers. It confirms too, that at the heart of what they do is their customers and colleagues.
