We welcome the measures set out today in the government’s Autumn Statement. Against a background of rising costs and continued pressure on household finances, the Government’s decision to increase the National Living Wage by 9.8%, cut the employee National Insurance rate to 10%, and uprate Universal Credit and other benefits in line with inflation will be appreciated by many of our customers.
Even with challenging times ahead, Abri’s mission to provide safe, warm and sustainable homes remains the same. We’ll continue to do all that we can to support our customers and urge any who are struggling to get in touch. We have dedicated teams to support with the cost of living, tenancy sustainment, and employment and training.
