As we find our way through another national lockdown we turn to old hobbies and new interests. During the first lockdown many of us found joy through food, trying new recipes and cooking up treats to brighten our days. Inspired by this, we’ve produced a Community Cookbook that celebrates those culinary creations.
With our partners at Spark Somerset, YMCA Brunel Group and Zing Somerset we’re really pleased to be able to share the cookbook now as the new year rolls on. It’s a better time than ever to get creative in the kitchen, and this is the perfect companion to do so.
This cookbook has been designed with everyone in mind, with recipes that cater to different needs. Don’t forget, ingredients can be swapped out and the guides are easy to adapt too. They’re also cheap to make, but no less tasty.
The recipes in this book were provided by our colleagues and customers which is one of the best things about cooking: the shared nature of it. From soups to cakes, rice dishes to pizza, there are 27 delicious recipes to get stuck into it.
Many of the recipes included are hearty, nutritious meals, perfect for starting 2021 on a healthy note. So, take a look, share it with a friend or colleague, and have fun cooking up something new.
