Last year, we sent out a cost of living survey to everyone living in our homes.
96% of people said the cost of living crisis has impacted them, and to continue supporting you the best way we can, we’ve sent out another survey.
The affordability survey is to understand how the increasing cost of living is impacting our customers' ability to afford rising bills or other payments.
By increased cost of living, we mean the essential payments you need to cover, like electricity, food and rent.
We’re asking everyone living in our homes to complete this survey, which will take around 10 minutes from start to finish.
