Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve the services Octavia residents receive. There's still lots of work to be done, but some changes are already being made.

There’s lots of great jobs in care at the moment and on Thursday 5 November, you’re invited to attend a virtual Care Roadshow for Hampshire.

The event takes place 11am to 3pm and you can join for as little or as long as you’d like. Aimed at anyone living in Hampshire, the roadshow features:

  • Opportunities to ask employers questions
  • Ask arer’s questions
  • Hear about the positive impact of care work from a recipient

Employers and care providers will be there on the day to answer questions and let you know about employment opportunities. It’s free, and open to anyone interested in pursuing a career in care.
