Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve the services Octavia residents receive. There's still lots of work to be done, but some changes are already being made.

Essential maintenance to our phone lines is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Wednesday 7th October) from 9:30am to 12:30pm. During this time our telephone lines will be unavailable but you can still contact us via the live chat box on our website or by using messenger. In case of an emergency, you can call us on 0208 051 8618.

Don’t forget you can send us a direct message, make a payment, report a repair and check your rent statement via your customer portal which provides 27/7 online access.

Existing Radian customers can do this by My Radian and Yarlington customers can do this by MyYarlington.
