Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve the services Octavia residents receive. There's still lots of work to be done, but some changes are already being made.

Abri will be closed from 12.30pm on 24th December until 4th January.

During this time our phone lines, live chat and social media messaging services will be unavailable.

Between these dates, you can still make payments, book repairs and gets lots of other information on our MyRadian and MyYarlington customer portals:

  • Report, book and manage repairs
  • Make payments
  • Check your balance, view and download account statements
  • View your tenancy, property and personal details
  • Add and update your personal details
  • Manage your settings
  • Search for information and find answers to frequently asked questions

In the event of an emergency, please give us a call on 0300 123 1567.

Due to the Christmas closure rent accounts will not be showing correct balances from 24th December until 5th January.
