Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve the services Octavia residents receive. There's still lots of work to be done, but some changes are already being made.

Our phone lines are now back up and running!

We'd like to apologise for any difficulties that you may have had trying to contact our customer services department over the last couple of days. We've had some technical issues with our telephone lines but our lines are now back up and running.

For anything urgent please call us on our normal number. We may experience higher call volumes due to these technical issues so would advise you to use the portal for anything non-urgent. It should save you a long wait time getting through to an advisor!
