Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve the services Octavia residents receive. There's still lots of work to be done, but some changes are already being made.

Storm Ciaran is impacting our repairs and maintenance services. Keeping our customers and colleagues safe is our top priority, so we won’t be able to attend some jobs until it’s safe to do so.
