The Willows, Abri’s popular development in Southampton, was recently completed and all 98 homes are now occupied including bungalows and a number of Passivhaus’; sustainable, low-energy properties.
The development was completed in collaboration with Eastleigh Borough Council and Drew Smith, part of Vistry Partnerships with investment from Homes England.
Councillor Keith House, Leader of Eastleigh Borough Council, said: “Our partnership with Radian has resulted in this exciting development of high-quality homes at The Willows at Hatch Farm. It has provided much-needed homes for market rent and affordable rent alongside homes for sale. This mix of tenures has helped to provide the right homes for local people, reduce our housing waiting list and also help to meet the shortfall in housing across the borough.”
