The next webinar is all about how views of residents are used to inform decisions and how residents scrutinise services to hold their housing associations accountable for the quality of their homes and services.
This webinar will include Bournville Village Trust, Connexus and Orbit Group sharing their experiences.

We know that you expect your home to be well maintained, safe and well managed. This webinar is all about when things go wrong and accessible routes for residents to raise issues and how they should be resolved.
Rooftop Housing Group, Platform Housing Group and WHG will be part of this webinar talking about how we can truly embed Together with Tenants across the housing sector.

If these webinars have made you want to know more about our services to you, then we want you to get involved in our Customer Engagement group.
We’re not talking about stuffy meetings, we just want to know that you’re happy to be contacted about getting involved in projects, testing groups, workshops and other work that interests you so we can offer better services and improve the ones we already have. This could be anything from testing our online services, how we sign up new tenancies to the additional services we offer like employment training and support.
