As of 1 April 2021, we officially marked the end of Fixed Term Tenancies. Our move came about as we want to give our customers greater security and stability in their homes.
We’re shaping the future for the better and making positive changes for our customers. We know that a sense of community and of belonging remain crucial for families and individuals, so by ending short term agreements we can build thriving and sustainable communities.
Since launching our integrated tenancy policy, we will be moving all customers to a fully assured tenancy as their starter or fixed term tenancy comes to an end with us. We remain as passionate as ever about tackling the housing crisis, offering equal opportunity for all.
