We're pleased to announce the acquisition of a new centrally located site in Wokingham.
Outline planning permission has been granted for 38 homes and Radian Group will be working on the Reserved Matters application in the coming months. The homes will be built using Radian Group’s own in-house construction management team with proposals for a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
James Pennington, Director of Development at Radian Group said: “Securing land-led schemes is an important part of our strategy and with this development we’re helping to regenerate previously derelict land by utilising a brownfield site.
“Using our in house team for the build enables us to ensure the quality of the homes for customers and shows our commitment to making ‘build, build, build’ a reality. We look forward to working in conjunction with Wokingham Borough Council and delivering more affordable housing for the area.”
The development is expected to have an approximate start date of spring 2021, with the homes completed the following year.
