Abri Group Limited have applied for dispensation from the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in relation to consultations for:
- a Qualifying Long Term Agreement (QLTA) for redecoration and repair works; and
- Qualifying Works (QW) of redecoration and repair under the QLTA.
The QLTA covers work to various properties (the Properties), including the redecoration and associated minor repairs to, among other items, external timber and masonry surfaces, internal common areas, external pipework, guttering, windows, doors, fascias, and, where relevant, bin stores, garages and fencing, across the Properties.
The invoices provided for works to Properties across a period of 4 years totals approximately £1,477,000.
Leaseholders will contribute to this amount in accordance with the terms of their lease.
Letters relating to the QLTA were sent to the leaseholders on 9 September 2021, 26 July 2022 and 25 October 2022 and letters relating to the QW were sent to the leaseholders on 17 July 2023 and 12 August 2024.
