Abri Group Limited have applied for dispensation from the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in relation to consultations for:
- a Qualifying Long Term Agreement (QLTA) for roofing works; and
- two sets of Qualifying Works (QW) under the QLTA for roofing works.
The QLTA covers work to various properties (the Properties), including the renewal of pitched roof coverings (tiling, membrane, and timber battens), upgrading of thermal insulation, associated repairs and responsive repairs across the Properties.
The total cost of the above works across the Properties for a period of 3 years was approximately £4,500,000.
Leaseholders will contribute to this amount in accordance with the terms of their lease.
Letters relating to the QLTA were sent to the leaseholders on 29 July 2021 and 29 November 2021 and letters relating to the QW were sent to the leaseholders on 12 July 2023 and 9 August 2024.
