Back in December 2024, Octavia Housing joined the Abri group as a subsidiary. Since then, lots of work has taken place to improve the services Octavia residents receive. There's still lots of work to be done, but some changes are already being made.

Background

We’ve delivered 67 new homes in partnership with Vistry at Boorley Gateway near Botley, which feature a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses. The development received grant funding from Homes England to help make all the homes affordable, which includes 36 homes for social rent and 31 for sale through shared ownership. In addition, the development has space for a convenience store and a multi-purpose centre to help support the local community.
