Background

We are delighted to have worked in partnership with Hatchbury Homes to deliver 36 apartments available for Shared Ownership and another six for social rent. The 42 homes benefit from a high specification and offer a mix of differing sizes to suit everyone’s needs.

We also received grant funding from Homes England in order to build these much-needed homes. Located within the popular area of St Paul’s, these apartments help to provide affordable housing in a prime location just a short walk from the new Cabot Circus shopping centre, train station and popular independent restaurants and bars.
