Background
At Blackswarth Road in St George, Bristol, we’re building 68 new affordable homes for local people in partnership with Woodstock Homes. Built on a former brownfield site, the development will provide a mix of one and two-bedroom flats, including homes for shared ownership and affordable rent.
To help reduce household bills and support sustainable living, the development will be entirely gas-free and include energy-saving features such as communal air source heat pumps, solar panels and electric vehicle charging points. The scheme will also deliver improvements to public open spaces, flood defences and the local towpath, helping to create a sustainable and attractive new community.
