Background
At Foundry Lea in Bridport, we’re delivering 137 new affordable homes for local people as part of a major new neighbourhood development, in partnership with Vistry. The homes will include a mix of two and three-bedroom properties for shared ownership and affordable rent, helping to meet local housing need in Dorset.
As part of a wider development of around 760 homes, Foundry Lea will create a sustainable new community with a range of planned amenities, including a primary school, leisure centre, sports pitches, play areas and green spaces. Located close to the Jurassic Coast, the development will provide high-quality homes and community facilities to support local families.
