For Mike, a resident in London, My Abri is making it easier to access information about his home, tenancy and services whenever he needs it.
As Chair of the Princes Place Residents’ Association, Mike has seen first-hand how the portal is helping residents become more self-sufficient.
Since Octavia became part of Abri, residents have been able to use My Abri to access key information and services online, making it simpler to stay informed and manage everyday queries.

Before My Abri was introduced, Mike said that finding clear and up-to-date information could be more difficult. He often relied on phone calls or emails and, in some cases, contacting housing managers directly when he needed answers. Now, customers have direct access to information about their accounts, tenancy and rent through the portal.
Mike thinks one of the biggest benefits of My Abri is its flexibility. Customers can log in whenever it suits them, whether that’s during the day, in the evening, or at weekends. Rather than waiting on the phone or working around office hours, they can access information in their own time and at their own pace.
As Chair of the Residents’ Association, Mike regularly speaks with neighbours about the support and services available to them and he believes My Abri has the potential to play an even bigger role in connecting residents with their communities in the future.
Keeping our communities connected
My Abri gives customers a convenient way to manage their tenancy online, whenever it suits them. Through the portal, customers can make payments, view statements and documents relating to their tenancy, check their property and personal details, and update their information. They can also log repairs, access help and advice, and contact Abri by sending a message or using web chat.
In 2025/26, 40,049 customers signed up to My Abri for the first time. During the year, customers made £203,740 in payments through the portal at a time that suited them, sent 49,020 messages to contact Abri without needing to pick up the phone, and rented customers outside our London region raised 29,620 jobs. By bringing these services together in one place, My Abri gives customers greater flexibility to manage their tenancy, report issues and get in touch with Abri in a way that works for them.
